Company Officers:

Earl Norris - President:

Earl has over 40 years in the industry working for three majors, several midsize companies, and several startups.  He has drilled hundreds of wells and has owned his own mineral and royalty rights for many years.

He has a BS and MS in Geology from Brigham Young University.  That explains why he loves BYU Football.  He also loves to fish….So just ask him about fishing and he will be happy to tell you a story or two.

Ryan Norris - COO:

Ryan has over 25 years in Business and Sales.  Has worked for companies such as Amazon and Microsoft.   He has also worked for several medium size companies and several startups.  He has BS in business and an MBA.  He just joined the company in January.

Ryan loves to travel and spend time with his kids.  He also loves to fly fish just like Earl.

Tara Rasmuson - VP of Land

Tara has over 10 years of working with landowners and leases. She has worked with over 500 leases and in several successful companies. She is a valuable asset to work with when it comes to your land records and contracts.

She also loves to travel and spend time in the outdoors with her family.
